The images show a recently completed batch of conveyor belt links. Each link measures approximately 138.50.38 mm, 138.57.90 mm, or 190.41.90 mm, with a weight of about 0.75–1.5 kg. Made from 1.4848 alloy, these components are produced using the silica sol precision casting process. A complete conveyor belt assembly consists of five different types of links. Thanks to the high dimensional accuracy achieved through precision casting, the parts are ready for assembly after a simple grinding process. They are shipped in bulk, with the customer responsible for welding and final assembly.
