Centrifugal cast pipes produced by centrifugal casting
Hexin Machinery specializes in the production of various radiant tubes, furnace rollers, and industrial furnace tubes. The main production process used for these products is centrifugal casting.
Centrifugal casting is a technique and method of injecting liquid metal into a high-speed rotating mold, allowing the metal liquid to fill the mold and form castings under the action of centrifugal force.
Centrifugal cast pipes can be divided into water-cooled metal type centrifugal cast pipes, coated metal type centrifugal cast pipes, resin sand lined centrifugal cast pipes, and sand type centrifugal cast pipes according to the characteristics of the casting mold.

Advantages of centrifugal cast pipes produced by centrifugal casting:
1. There is almost no metal consumption in the pouring system and riser system, which improves the yield of centrifugal casting pipes;
2. When producing centrifugal cast pipes, no core is needed, which can greatly improve the metal filling ability and reduce the ratio of casting wall thickness to length or diameter in the production of long pipe shaped castings, as well as the process of radiant tubes, furnace rollers, and other products;
③ Centrifugal cast pipes have high density, few defects such as pores and slag inclusions, and high mechanical properties;
④ Centrifugal cast pipes are convenient for manufacturing composite metal castings such as steel backed copper sleeves, bimetallic rollers, etc; When forming castings, the filling ability of the metal can be improved by centrifugal motion, so thin-walled castings can be produced.
Disadvantages:
① There are certain limitations when it comes to producing irregular castings.
② The diameter of the inner hole in the casting is inaccurate, the surface of the inner hole is relatively rough, the quality is poor, and the machining allowance is large;
③ Castings are prone to specific gravity segregation, so they are not suitable for alloys that are prone to specific gravity segregation (such as lead bronze), especially for casting alloys with impurities with a specific gravity greater than that of the molten metal.
