Brazing Furnace Wire Mesh Belt

 

The brazing furnace mesh belt adopts imported SUS314 wire mesh from Japan's Nippon Steel Corporation, with a temperature resistance of more than 1200 degrees, and is widely used in continuous operation brazing production lines.

The mesh belt adopts different weaving methods according to different brazed parts. It has high tensile strength and is not easy to deform. It is widely used in automobiles, diesel engines, aerospace, air conditioning, refrigeration,

Brazing and heat treatment of stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, brass, copper, ceramics and other parts in electric heating tubes, gas water heaters, electronics, microwave magnetrons and other industries.

 

Brazing furnace mesh belts can be used for sintering, brazing, hardening, firing, tempering, drying lehr, with good physical properties like excellent resistance against acid, alkali, heat and corrosion,
