The pusher type furnace is mainly suitable for metal powder (like tungsten, moly, etc) reduction and powder metallurgy part sintering.
The commonly used reduction furnaces in industry include fixed reduction furnaces and rotary tube reduction furnaces. Fixed reduction furnaces are further divided into two tube furnaces, four tube furnaces, fourteen tube furnaces, eighteen tube furnaces, and belt type continuous reduction furnaces without boats. In China, two tube furnaces, four tube furnaces, and fourteen tube furnaces are mostly used. The two tube furnace is mainly used for producing coarse tungsten powder, while the four tube furnace and fourteen tube furnace are mainly used for producing medium and fine tungsten powder; However, foreign countries often use fourteen tube furnaces and eighteen tube furnaces.
Entering the boat: The boat is transported to the furnace head through a sprocket, and the boat is conveyed to each furnace tube entering position by a servo motor-driven boat feeding mechanism. Then, the boat is pushed into the furnace tube through a cylinder and the furnace door is closed.
Discharge: When the discharge end furnace door is opened, the cylinder of the servo motor-driven discharge mechanism hooks the boat out of the furnace tube and sends it to the discharge system.
Splitting: After entering the unloading system, the two layers of boats are separated by a robotic arm.
