This line is the cold rolled continuous galvanizing line,with the function of heating reduction, galvanizing(reserve aluminum zinc silicon plating), skin pass, tension leveling.

The designed capacity is 220,000 tons per year,the line processing speed is Max.200m/min.

In the line processing section,it mainly completes the technologies process like heating,reduction,galvanizing,skin pass,tension leveling,passivation,oiling,ete.

Theproducts quality is accordance with GB/T2518-2008 standard.

Steel species: low carbon SPCC,SPCD,ST12,08AL,Q215,Q235,Q345 etc.

Yield strength: Max.550N/mm²
