Introduction of Cast Spiral Rotary Furnace Retort

A Cast Spiral Rotary Furnace Retort is a rotating structure with an integral cylindrical body and internal spiral guide ribs. It is primarily suitable for the following operating conditions:

· Long-term furnace temperature >900℃, frequent high temperatures of 880~1050℃;

· Furnace containing carburizing atmosphere, ammonia cracking gas, sulfiding atmosphere, and chlorination corrosive atmosphere;

· Workpieces with hard oxide scale and hard particles, subject to long-term friction and erosion of the spiral ribs;

· Continuous 24-hour full-load production, where welds are prone to high-temperature creep cracking and detachment.

Due to different operating conditions, different materials are selected for Cast Spiral Rotary Furnace Retorts:
For example, Cast Spiral Rotary Furnace Retorts made of ZG3Cr18Mn12Si2N are suitable for temperatures ≤950℃, medium-high temperature carbonitriding, and carburizing heat treatment of ordinary fasteners.
Cast Spiral Rotary Furnace Retorts made of ZG35Cr24Ni7SiN are suitable for temperatures ≤1100℃, high-temperature sintering of powder metallurgy, hydrogen reduction, and lithium battery materials.
Cast Spiral Rotary Furnace Retorts made of high-chromium cast iron KmTBCr26 are generally suitable for heat treatment processes of highly abrasive sand and gravel and hard granular materials (without a strong corrosive atmosphere) at temperatures ≤750℃.
