Refractory metal anchors, due to their own characteristics, limit the application of anchors at high temperatures. In order to meet the application of unshaped refractory materials in high temperature furnaces (above 1300 °C), high alumina anchor bricks, clay pot bricks, especially light-burning prefabricated anchor bricks have been developed. The original crucible and particle grading of the light-burning precast anchor bricks are basically the same as those of the lining refractory castable, but they are not heat-fired at 500-800 °C, and their chemical composition is the same as that of the furnace refractory castable. However, the strength is much higher, so it can serve the purpose of fixing the refractory castable.
