9.induced surface hardening
Operation method: steel to be included in the sensor, make steel surface induced current, within a very short time heating to the quenching temperature, then water spray cooling.
Objective: to improve the steel surface hardness, wear resistance and fatigue strength, heart of toughness.
Application points: 1. Used for medium carbon steel and central scroll alloy structural steel parts; 2. Due to skin effect, the general high frequency induction quenching hardening layer is 1 ~ 2 mm, medium frequency quenching is commonly 3 ~ 5 mm, high frequency quenching generally greater than 10 mm.
