1.Annealing

Operation method: heat the steel to the Ac3 + 30 ~ 50 degrees or Ac1 + 30 ~ 50 degrees or below the Ac1 temperature (after can consult relevant information), usually with the slow cooling furnace temperature.

Purpose:1. The lower hardness, higher plasticity and improve machining and pressure processing performance; 2. The fine grains, improve the mechanical properties, in preparation for the next working procedure; 3. Eliminate internal stress produced by cold and hot working.

Application points: 1. Applicable to the alloy structural steel, carbon tool steel, alloy tool steel, high speed steel forging, welding, and supply state unqualified raw materials; 2. The general annealing in a blank state.
