The HK40NB centrifugal casting tubes, OD 88.9 mm, are made by centrifugal casting method, with heat resistant nickel alloys HK40Nb.

After centrifugal casting process, the boring machining will be done for the inside holes, and other machining jobs will be done. 

The heat exchange tubes are for the Air Preheater of carbon black reactor for air preheating application.

For HK40NB, we guarantee the correct chemical composition for chrome, nickel, niobium,etc., and we guarantee the sound mechanical properties like Tensile Strength, Yield Strength, Elongation at Break, etc.,
