1. The accessories of the carburizing furnace need to undergo a high temperature tempering before use, with a temperature controlled above 950 ℃, insulation for 1-2 hours, and cooling with the furnace, mainly to eliminate internal stress during the casting process.
2. Box type furnace, trolley resistance furnace bottom plate, and heat-resistant steel furnace plate undergo a high-temperature tempering before use, with a temperature controlled at 950 ℃ or above and insulation for 1-2 hours.

3. Slings and baskets
When using lifting appliances and material baskets, the material should be ZG40Gr25Ni20 welding rod. This brand has good creep performance during the quenching process and will not cause serious deformation
and cracking of the lifting appliances and material baskets. Before use, a high-temperature tempering should be carried out, with the temperature controlled at 950 degrees Celsius or above, and the insulation
should be kept for 1-2 hours. It should be cooled with the furnace, mainly to eliminate internal stress during the casting process and increase the service life of the product.
