High temperature air combustion technology is in the field of fuel combustion in the early 1990 s the birth of a new technology, it has high efficiency and energy saving and low NO, CO2 emissions and other advantages.Japan, the United States and Europe, some developed countries have put the technology applied in metallurgy, steel, machinery, chemical, ceramics, and many other fields, has achieved remarkable energy saving and environmental protection benefits.To transform traditional gas-fired radiant tube heating device using HTAC technology has also become a hot topic in the study of industrial heating technology.In this paper, based on the characteristics of HTAC technology on gas regenerative radiant tube heating device retrofit scheme for preliminary discussion.Theoretical calculation and analysis results show that the thermal efficiency is improved after transforming the radiant tube heating equipment, uniform surface temperature distribution, NO emission concentration decreased significantly, improve heating quality, the service life of the device extension, combustion noise is reduced, with remarkable economic and environmental benefits.
