Operation method: use in the 5.. ~ 600 degrees ammonia decomposition of reactive nitrogen atoms, the steel surface is nitrogen saturation, formation of nitride layer.Objective: to improve the steel surface hardness, wear resistance, fatigue strength and corrosion resistance.Key points of application: used to contain more aluminum, chromium and molybdenum alloy elements such as carbon in the alloy structural steel, and carbon steel and cast iron, general nitride layer depth is 0.025 ~ 0.8 mm.
