The application of the fans is to blow and level out the internal atmosphere of heat treatment furnaces, the fans made by HEXIN  can be supplied with machined shafts or hubs, or without. 

The fans can be static or dynamic balanced, as-cast fan hub or fan wheels can be supplied as customers request.

Accoring to many years production experience for fans, HEXIN supplys regular diameters fan blades like 580mm, 630mm, 700mm, and customized diameter up to 1000mm.

The diameter of the fan blade is 580, and the weight is 28KG.

The carburizing furnace fan blade with a diameter of 630 weighs about 35KG.

Pit furnace fan blades with a diameter of 700 and a weight of 39KG.

The above three types of blades are 8 pieces. The small wind blade has 6 blades, the diameter is 390mm, and the weight is about 10KG.

Small fan blades are used in AICHELIN heat treatment furnaces, Ipsen furnaces and Fengdong furnaces. High temperature resistant material with cobalt element added.

Material selection: 1.4848, HK40 material for 900-1100 degrees, 2.4879 grade material for above 1200 degrees.
