At present, the manufacturing process of corrugated furnace in domestic boiler manufacturers, according to the equipment conditions and process technology level of each factory, respectively adopts:

1. Hot press forming process on a press

2. Hot spinning process on lathe

3. Roll forming process on a three-roll special machine tool

4. Cold-press forming process on professional equipment
